Wolobobo Hill is part of the Wolobobo Botanical Garden, which is managed by the Ngada Regency Environment Office. The Wolobobo area has been designated by the Ngada Regency Government as the 41st regional botanical garden in Indonesia.
The function of this botanical garden is for conservation, research, recreation, and education. Within the botanical garden, there are five zones prepared, namely the Reception Zone, Conservation Zone, Management Zone, Collection Zone, and Nature Tourism Zone. However, new development was carried out in the Reception Zone which is allocated to receive and provide services to visitors such as mountain climbers.
The Reception Zone has an area of 2.16 hectares out of a total area of 99 hectares of Wolobobo Botanical Garden. The Reception Zone includes gates, ticket counters, visitor vehicle parking, signboards, information centers, view decks, and tertiary roads. To enter the botanical garden, you will be accompanied by a guide.
