Company Details

Authentic-Indonesia is a travel operator in Bali-Indonesia specialized on operating Authentic and responsible travel services in Indonesia. This includes Bali, Flores, Lombok, Sumba, Sumatra, Borneo and Sulawesi. Travelers can book package tours and individual travel services, such as tours, pickup-services and hotels reservation.

Our team in Bali will operate the travel services or organize further services of third parties.

 

 

Booking or Reservation

Please choose tour packages according to your budget or needed, then consult with us for the availability of room and tour arrangement and possibility for a good price. Booking travel program no later than 2 days before the day of arrival (in low season) and a minimum of 3 weeks before the busy season. In particular, acceptable but depending on component availability request.

 

 

Hotel & Travel Package

Package tours and hotel prices are calculated in Net (include 10% government tax & 11% services), NON commisionable and is calculated based on FIT, for GIT portion (20 people or more) can be negotiated again.

Tour package includes hotel is calculated based on twin sharing (1 room) and there will be additional costs (Single Supplement) for the traveler who want to stay alone in one room. For Triple occupancy, based on 1 twin room with an extra bed.

Maximum 2 children allowed in their parents room, with condition for child with extra bed charged at 75% and without extrabed by 50% charge of the adult price.

 

 

Communication & Reservation Procedure

All the reservation must be in written communication by e-mail, fax or letter and the booking will be answered in accordance with the conditions demand.

 

 

Deposit & Cancellation

50% deposit at time of booking and the remaining 50% must be balanced before arrival date. Deposits are not refundable if cancellation without notice and or at least before 21 days of arrival.

All cancellation must be in writing which will be acknowledged by Authentic-Indonesia with the confirmation of receipt.

 

Client Cancellation

Cancellations can be made at any time prior to departure or in case of hotel bookings prior to check-in. Cancellations have to be declared by e-mail. Phone calls will not be accepted.

The following fees will be made according to the time when the cancellation is declared:

90 days and more No fees
46 – 89 days 25%
30 – 45 days 40%
21 – 30 days 50%
21 days or less no refund

Authoritative is the day of receipt of the cancellation e-mail.

 

Changes by Client

Changes to the tour date/ time / route after confirmation may cause Supplement Cost to apply depending on type of bookings as well as the period and condition of the third party.

Anthentic – Indonesia strongly recommends personal and travel insurance that cover accidents, injury or loss of personal property.

 

Changes or Cancellations by Authentic-Indonesia

If, for any reason outside control of the operator, tours, tour packages or travel services cannot be operated, especially in case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural catastrophes, political situations, epidemics and others, the operator is entitled to carry out changes in services referring to decision of the Indonesian Government.

The operator shall immediately inform the client. If changes are not possible or unreasonable, the operator or the clients are entitled to cancellation. The client will receive a full refund of the tour price.

 

 

Payment Procedure

After contracting a deposit of 50 – 100% of the tour price, given in the confirmation, is payable. The deposit shall be made in USD – EURO or IDR.

Credit card payment is possible through our website. You can use Visa, Mastercard and several other cards. Just click the “Pay Now” button on the right hand bottom of our homepage and follow the instructions through our safe payment service!

  1. The difference to 100% of the price shall be paid 21 days prior to arrival.
  2. If the client doesn’t pay the deposit in time, the operator is entitled to terminate the contract without notice or to refuse carrying out the travel services.
  3. If any documents are required, the client will receive these after the full price is payed.

 

 

Transfer & Tours

For all tour and transfer arrangement using air-conditioned vehicles and buses depend with the number of passengers and accompanied by a licensed Guide.

 

 

Time Limitation on Claims and Actions

Any right to insufficient services shall be extinguished if a claim is not filed within one month of the date the service has ended.

 

 

Refunds

Authentic-Indonesia engages itself to analyse any refund request made prior to one month after final date of Travel.

Authentic-Indonesia will analyse the request, if any mistake has been made by first party the company will consider compensation or refund depending on situation.

 

 

Voucher

For a travel agent or tour operator, can use one voucher for all the desired services in details, so all of your requests will match with the service provided. Please send the copy voucher by fax or e-mail prior to the arrival of guests and the original voucher can be brought upon arrival.

 

 

No Show

Charged in full amount.

 

 

Insurance

Travel insurance is not included within the price.

The operator recommends personal and travel insurance that cover accidents, injury or loss of personal property.

The operator is not liable for any damages or injuries suffered as a consequence of anything, howsoever caused, in connection with services carried out by third parties or arising from the use of accommodation or transportation or other service, or for labour strike, political unrest, weather conditions or natural disasters which are beyond our control.

Please be aware that by booking travel services the client confirms that his state of health complies with the travel requirements and that the client doesn’t suffer from any cardiac diseases and/or circulatory disorders. If any diseases are known to the client, the client shall consult a physician and get permission to participate. The tours operated can be very strenuous and therefore cause danger to persons suffering from cardiac or circulatory disorders.

A health check with your doctor is an necessity before travelling to Indonesia, especially for wildlife observatory/long trekking in the jungle etc.

 

 

Travel Documentation

It is each client’s personal responsibility to ensure that he or she has valid travel documentation which meets the requirements of immigration and other authorities in Indonesia.

The client is responsible for obtaining all required travel documents and visas and for complying with all laws, regulations, orders, demands and travel requirements of Indonesia. Prior to travel the client must present all entry, exit, health and other documents required by law. The client will be responsible to pay any fine or charge assessed by the Government concerned. The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary information on regulations, laws and travel requirements.

Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of breach of these requirements shall be paid by or charged to the client.

 

 

Liabilities

Authentic-Indonesia acts as an agent for tour operators, hotels, air tickets, bus, cruises and companies who require accommodation services.
