Mount Halimun Salak National Park or TNGHS is a conservation area located in West Java province. The area is 113,357 hectares, which is much larger than the previous 39,941 hectares when it was still known as Hutan Lindung.

1. Climb the Mountain Peaks
There are several mountain peaks that stretch along the national park area with heights between 1,700 and 2,211 meters above sea level. However, most of the climbing routes have not been officially opened, so to climb, you must be accompanied by an officer and have an official climbing permit. Some of these mountains are Mount Halimun Utara, Mount Halimun Selatan, Mount Salak Puncak 1, Mount Salak Puncak 2, Mount Sanggabuana and Mount Botol.
2. Kawah Ratu
Kawah Ratu is located on the slopes of Mount Salak Peak 1, precisely in the middle of the forest.
