The retreat takes place in the beautiful village of Bangli located in the heart of Bali. At De Klumpu Bali Eco Tradi Stay you will find beautiful Balinese Eco lodge villas surrounded by rice fields.

Trip Itinerary

Day 1: Bangli (Arrival)

Upon your arrival  at Undisan Village, you will be warmly welcomed by your local host at De Klumpu Bali.

Enjoy a fresh lunch after check in.

In the afternoon you will have a gentle Yoga Vinyasa class.

This class creates an opportunity for students to really connect to their breath through a flow of gentle yoga postures. A gentle vinyasa class is just like a regular Vinyasa class but slowed down a bit.

Dinner provided in our Padi Restaurant.

Overnight at De Klumpu.

Day 2: Yoga - Trekking (B, L, D)

Start your day with a morning Hatta gentle Yoga,

This slower practice emphasizes a balance of postural alignment and breathing technique to stretch and strengthen your body with gentle transition and minimal bearing on your hands.

~ Undisan Eco Trekking

The local guide will guide you to beautiful of Undisan village. Visit the jewelry imitation for Balinese dance and wedding workshop, visit the local temple, school and the villager house. You also will enjoy the beautiful walk through the rice field.

~ Picnic Lunch

Enjoy your lunch in the middle of rice fields.

~ Afternoon Yoga Slow Vinyasa

Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga allows to create their own synchronized dance, while learning poses and how to move, breathe, and stretch between poses. Slow Flow brings the element of time into the practice.

~ Dinner & overnight.

 

Day 3: Yoga - Cooking Class - Balinese Purification (B, L, D)

~ Morning Yoga Himalaya Satva Yoga

Himalaya Satva Yoga is a kriya and mantra based technique stemming from the yog-vedantic tradition. This is comprehensive and simple technique which includes kriya, breathwork, and a personal mantra.

~ Breakfast

~ Traditional Balinese Cooking Class + Lunch

Your day starts with visiting a traditional market, where you can find the ingredients for your cooking. Upon your arrival at a traditional house at Undisan Village-Bangli you will be warmly welcomed by your local host who will guide you into the secret of authentic Balinese recipes. Then enjoy your own cooked lunch.

~ Continue with a Balinese Purification at Tirta Sudamala. Balinese Purification is a water cleansing that aims to cleans old energy( for the body, mind and soul).

~ Dinner & overnight.

Day 4: Chakra Healing - Balinese Offering Workshop - Farewell Dinner (B, L, D)

This treatment helps to restore the flow of life (energy prana) throughout the body, enhancing the feeling of overall wellbeing in sometimes more subtle, sometimes more powerful.

~ Making Canang (Balinese offering) and Pray Experience

You will be guided by your local to experience how Balinese people prepare their praying and come to pray in holy temples.

Day 5: Yoga - Check Out (B)

~ Morning Yoga Intermediate Vinyasa

Style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. In intermediate  is more challenging and meditative so you can feel  the benefits all day long
