10 Top East Java Event Calendar 2024

Looking forward to the new year 2024, the East Java Provincial Government together with tourism communities and associations have prepared various exciting and interesting events that can be enjoyed by the wider community. The events that have been prepared in advance have been curated by regional curators and national curators to become a national tourism calendar/Kharisma Event Nusantara (KEN).


In recent years, East Java Province has become the largest archipelago tourist movement barn in Indonesia. One of the strategies built by the provincial government is to organize events in the regions, in order to increase tourist movement. On the other hand, East Java is also rich in culture, natural beauty and delicious culinary delights in each region.


Towards 2024, the East Java Provincial Culture and Tourism Office has submitted at least 9 events to be part of the Kharisma Event Nusantara and 15 events to be part of the Sportive (Sport, Music and Creative Event) event to the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia.

6. Batu Street Food Festival, August 1-3, 2024

An annual culinary event that has its own charm because it serves chef cuisine from five-star hotels and restaurants at street prices.


7. Jember Fashion Carnaval, August 1-4, 2024

A social event in the concept of creative fashion in the packaging of a carnival parade held on the highway of Jember City, starting from Central Park to the local Sports Building for 3.6 km.


8. Pacitan Rontek Festival, September 6-8, 2024
